My Policies

A few simple things to help your appointment go smoothly.

Payment

50% deposit is required for all services. Final payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.

Consultation Form

All new clients will be asked to complete a quick consultation form before their first appointment. This helps me ensure your treatment is safe and tailored to you.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, just send me a message. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to reschedule or adjust your service.

Cancellations & No-Shows

I understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

Your Appointment Experience

This is your time to relax! Feel free to watch your favourite shows or movies, listen to music, or simply enjoy some quiet time during your appointment. I will provide the devices for you to stream.

Nail Art & Designs

Nail art is priced according to the time, detail, and materials required. Any additional charms, crystals, stickers, or intricate designs may incur an extra charge.

Repairs

If you experience any issues with your nails due to application, please contact me within 48 hours and I'll be happy to discuss a repair. Damage caused by accidents, picking, biting, or general wear and tear is not included.

Health & Safety

Please let me know before your appointment if you have any allergies, sensitivities, nail conditions, injuries, or are pregnant so I can ensure the treatment is suitable for you. (This will be covered in your consultation form.)
